Abstentionist Luminaries show was supposed to have ended with massive release of most political prisoners. List of people released yesterday was gigantic. Unfortunately it was impossible to present this as major news, as Juan Pablo Guanipa started promoting violent activities right after having been released. Conviviality of different factions and peaceful coexistence is not a value endorsed by Juan Pablo Guanipa or his financers abroad. Public Ministry Attorney General had necessity of revoking cautious measure that brought Guanipa out of jail and he was returned back to prison: as he was already promoting regime change and other subversive activities. We had previously warned that the released person who always wears a sombrero had a similar attitude. Unfortunately, luminaries of abstentionism will promote their excessive complaining as a substitute for freedom of moderate citizens who should now be enjoying being back with their families.
Amnesty beneficiaries could actually be in jail as people who are getting released from jail seem not to behave. They seem not to have learned anything from their experience as they were suspected of committing political crimes. Juan Pablo Guanipa in particular, and several prisoners who were released yesterday such as María Oropeza, Perkins Rocha chose to disregard political campaigning for legislative, municipal and regional seats during elections that occurred in 2025. Violence, protest, international invasion and social media exhaustion of endless complaints, promotion of foul language make reconciliation impossible. All of those people have constantly engaged in behavior which is not conductive for peace. Yet they have been released.
Democratic moderate opposition may not count with these kinds of people: as they always boycott participating in elections. As a result opposition always gets a minimal representation in major offices, city council, legislative parties, governorships, state assemblies and national assembly. This fosters decline in percentage of opposition control: for powers that should be serving between 2026 and 2030. Such method promoted instability and regime change during recent years. Therefore, it is understandable that public ministry had to revoke cautious measure for taking out of prison Juan Pablo Guanipa. He was sent back to prison because he was not behaving.
Case of Luchena must also be noticed. Luchena is in exile as he has never felt happy with his Venezuelan nationality. Since childhood, he used to complain about Venezuela’s government. He decided not to talk to his relatives and he built resentment in his thoughts process, until he was in university and after graduation he left the country. It is hoped that Luchena makes a happy existence in international community, and abstains from returning into Venezuela as he is not in disposition of reconciliation and pardon to his political opponents. There is also case of Mibeliso: who is congratulating release of people whose political parties are always making fun of her. She does not seem as someone able to properly defend herself. If you let yourself to be bullied and you don’t take adequate response on those who are trying to ridicule you, as is case of opponents of Mibeliso. They claim she is a normalizer, a puppet of officialist regime or an arachnid animal who sucks praise blood. Yet she contributes to narrative of supporting extremists claims: that they were not violating public calmness.
Resumption of guarimbas, violent protests and constant calls to international community is objective of extremists who would like to install constant chaos into Venezuela. They do not wish amnesty. They do not wish civilized discourse between different points of view. They just want to call people into streets, to ask for vengeance, to ask for foreign military invasion, and to ask for everyone else to go to jail. They offer absolutely no public policy program, and yet we are still approving amnesty for them later this week. We must watch out for people who do not wish to reconcile. It is imperative that people engage into reconciliation and no more confrontation.
Venezuelans have been involved in confrontation during zillions of years. International community is fed up of so much trouble, of so much complaining, and of so little care for public policy and economic development. We have best oil companies of entire world seeking investment into Venezuela. While radicals would prefer Venezuelans to continue suffer economic decline, so that they can blame Delcy Rodríguez government. Fortunately, Rob Schmidt from Newsmax has arrived from United States and he has already interviewed President of National Assembly Jorge Rodríguez. This show will be aired later tonight. Rob Smith will be asking Jorge Rodríguez questions about prior electoral issues. Sudden transformation of government ideology from socialism into massive economic injection, through leadership of President Delcy Rodríguez. Promoters of extremism are already insulting Rob Schmidt and Newsmax media. They are being portrayed as collaborationists, friends of dictatorships, and enemies of Venezuelan freedom.
We also have crazy Cubans María Elvira Salazar, Carlos Giménez, and Senator Rick Scott defying President Donald Trump’s decision of having Delcy Rodríguez as president of Venezuela, which in reality is just strict followings of Venezuelan constitution. Due to absence of Nicolás Maduro, Delcy Rodríguez was obliged to take his seat. Similar situations have happened in United States, such as when Richard Nixon fell in disgrace and Gerald Ford assumed power. Venezuela and United States are more similar than what most people think. Therefore, alliance between our countries, our petroleum industries and political systems and debates would be a welcome addition.
We must congratulate perfect performance of Bad Bunny and Lady Gaga: who performed reggaeton and salsa music in Spanish and English during the Super Bowl. While President Donald Trump is not too fond of this event because he doesn’t understand Spanish and he prefers not to speak Spanish, he did not go as far as to impose new singers for the Super Bowl. And Donald Trump’s opposition of Lady Gaga and Bad Bunny participation in Super Bowl was seen as a dissenting opinion, while Donald Trump continues being president of the United States. However, María Elvira Salazar, Carlos Giménez, Mario Díaz Ballart and Rick Scott are constantly pushing for a violent Venezuela: unable to reconcile. They support questionable street activities of Juan Pablo Guanipa.
Inciting rebellions just minutes after having been released denotes that regime change aspirations continue in need of being repelled by Venezuelan authorities. United States and Venezuelan authorities so far have evolved in a virtuous relationship: which will make all of us richer. Stability is a major priority. Juan Pablo Guanipa incites street riots and intolerance, just after being taken out of prison. This is not a sign of reconciliation and calmness: needed for designing optimal cash flow for new businesses we are about to incur. It is sincerely hoped that Juan Pablo Guanipa, now that he is back in prison, reassesses what will be his future. It seems that his best choice will be to leave the country: as Juan Pablo Guanipa seems a person who will never reconcile. Juan Pablo Guanipa should follow Luchena who we just described earlier. María Machado and Leopoldo López are hopeless cases that are a liability for Venezuela’s stabilization.
Once Amnesty Law is approved and Juan Pablo Guanipa is released again, he might have to focus his energies elsewhere, as there are no presidential campaigns scheduled in Venezuela until year 2030. Juan Pablo Guanipa also has a history of supporting political campaigns that lead nowhere. In 2017, Juan Pablo Guanipa won governorship of Zulia state. He declined to govern Zulia because he was not willing to comply with swearing ceremonies before Venezuela’s constituent assembly. Failing to comply with a minor bureaucratic requirement led Zulia voters to go back to ballots. That time an officialist candidate won Zulia governorship and his term of office was much more deficient than what could have been, if Juan Pablo Guanipa had actually accepted to govern Zulia.
Then Juan Pablo Guanipa, after successfully campaigning for Edmundo González Urrutia in 2024, was responsible for failed decision of not concurring to Venezuela’s Supreme Tribunal of Justice: to provide proof that his candidate may have won presidential election. Instead, he supported a hopeless and expensive trip across international community, showing evidence to foreign dignitaries and foreign congresses rather than utilizing Venezuela’s established courts of justice. Then he dismissed Venezuelan’s hope of being rescued through external sources of help: such as Ya Casi Venezuela, led by mercenary Eric Prince or recent successful incursion of Donald Trump’s United States military. He preferred to ask Venezuelans to go to streets to protest and become political prisoners just like him.
Venezuelans are no longer willing to be persuaded to go into jail to comply with narratives of career politicians such as Juan Pablo Guanipa. On an interview in 2025, he complained that people of Venezuela failed to go to streets to promote regime change, while his political party was unsuccessful on proving their claimed victory. Venezuelans need stability and language proposed by Juan Pablo Guanipa is of constant chaos. Juan Pablo Guanipa is expected to be released again within next few days: as law of amnesty gets approved. It is necessary for him to modify his behavior. Otherwise he should just leave the country, because Venezuela needs stability. Law of amnesty will take back to streets a lot of people who have been taught to reply with violence: whatever subversive order they receive from extremist career politicians.
Reconciliation and stability are most important public policies required in Venezuela. We must design an effective methodology to ensure people who do not wish to be reconciled actually learn how to become tolerant. Extremists and career politicians must endorse tolerance. Social media such as X are infested of robots and intransigence farms who constantly destroy peace. Promotion of chaos provides likes and views. Foul language substitutes civilized discourse and values of tolerance, reconciliation and educated discourse must prevail. Violators of reconciliation strategies must be confronted as threats to stability will not be tolerated by Venezuela.
