  • Plataforma Deltana thru Chocó worth trillions

I pivot into oil and gas research because they are become a massive business opportunity. Most of my energy was wasted into Venezuelan politics, which doesn’t really reward anyone. Venezuelans have been involved in politics for too long and everything becomes a chaos. Now that we can finally restore our oil and gas industry, it doesn’t make any sense to continue complaining about politics and elections. Hopefully we will not have any elections until year 2030, so that Delcy Rodríguez can continue her good job. I have been researching is Platforma Deltana gas fields, Carúpano, Rio Caribe and Dragón gas fields. All of them can produce gas and be liquefied in new installations that must be made in Venezuela in Araya Peninsula and near San José de Amacuro, close to border with Essequibo.

Venezuela domestically could process gas without having to count on Trinidad & Tobago or Guyana, countries with which we don’t have greatest relationship. Hopefully that would change, but since it’s not changing yet, Venezuela might as well continue alone, especially now that we have United States help. If Platforma Deltana is completely developed during the next one hundred years, it could produce revenue in excess of $3 trillion dollars. That means that if enough gas and oil facilities are implemented in Venezuela during next 100 years, Venezuela would be able to pay all United States debt, which is about $40 trillion, which looks easily achievable. if Venezuela markets all its oil and gas. Venezuela must make the decision to start production soon because during next one hundred years, it is likely that oil and gas will no longer be the most popular form of energy. Green energies or more sophisticated methods of energy will be developed. For time being that is not the case and we should hurry up. A hundred years is something whose results will be seen by our grandchildren or greatgrandchildren.

So there is a lot of work to do. Most projects seem that during the next five or 10 years they will require a lot of capital input. It will only be in decades of 2030s or 2040s that we will start seeing massive inflows of money as greenfield developments become brownfield. International investors should come. There will be a new mining law similar to the hydrocarbon law. Diosdado Cabello, Minister of Interior in Venezuela, met with United States Minister of Interior who just came into Venezuela to meet president Delcy Rodríguez. Donald Trump has already decided that Delcy Rodríguez is Venezuela’s president. So she should be in charge of the country until 2030. Hopefully she will be reelected in 2030. This is first time during a lifetime that we have somebody competent in presidency of Republic of Venezuela. We should merge our energy industry with United States and Western Hemisphere countries.

OPEC is too far away. It seems that OPEC members Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and also Qatar, are more interested in their regional conflicts with Iran. So, United States and Venezuela, as well as rest of Western Hemisphere should continue our oil and gas explorations. We also have a plan for roads and infrastructure across all of South America, Central America, and Southern Mexico, as well as all Caribbean islands, which encompasses 37 countries. And that would only cost about $200 billion, while revenue of Plataforma Deltana gas during next 100 years will be $2 trillion and a half dollars. We are working on cash flow for Río Caribbe and Carúpano Estee. International investors just have to come and start investing because revenues will be huge after a few years of capital intensive capex allocation.

Once Venezuela issues with United States are resolved, we could consider unifying baseball Americas Series with Caribbean Series, and unifying Organization of American States with Comunidad de Estados Latino Americanos y del Caribe. Climate of interregional confrontation persists, which is detrimental to many energy and mining projects we are undertaking. This is an elegant way of framing third phase of regime change as it diminishes in importance. Southern Command is firmly focused on stabilizing Venezuela. Recovery phase will begin naturally as investment projects are implemented. Export flows via road and pipeline are necessary from Apure and Arauca to Buenaventura, and from Catatumbo (Táchira, Zulia, Norte de Santander) to new port to be built in Chocó. Financing is possible through methodical development of Orinoco Oil Belt. Mining operations require infrastructure in Vichada.
